An herbal base and alcohol-removed port wine, in combination with grapes and raisins add deep wine notes that impart unique flavors of sweet vermouth into a non-alcoholic mixer, while our custom No.1 Bitter Formula (used in our best-selling Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Fashioned mixer) lends a subtle, aromatic bittersweetness. A bit of cherry and citrus peel add slight fruity notes of the traditional Manhattan garnish. When mixed with whiskey, this barrel-aged finished cocktail is more complex in flavor than the original.
