Shipping & Exchanges

 

Standard Shipping

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has been dropped off for shipment.  The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs. Orders can take up to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) to be processed and dropped off for shipment.

Once items are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-5 business days in transit.

We do thoroughly inspect all shipments before sending them off, damages can sometimes occur. We ask that you inspect your pieces immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage ASAP so we can take the appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Please also take pictures of the box and any damages that may have occurred. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt be eligible for refund or replacement

 

Expedited Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for items to ship via standard USPS or UPS shipping. Rush shipments will ship within 24-hours of purchase, Monday-Friday. Any rush shipments placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday morning. To the best of our ability, all purchases before 2:00 PM will be packaged by end of day and shipped the next business day.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Cultivated does allow returns for store credit or exchange only, within 14 days of receipt. If wishing to exchange, or return for store credit, please call our store at 410-870-8778 or email: TalkToUs@ShopCultivated.com, Subject Line: ‘Merchandise Return/Exchange’.

 

Items Ineligible for return or exchange

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit: beauty and personal hygiene products, jewelry, special order furniture or products, sale items, consignment items or items purchased from flash sales, gift cards, or any items where the packaging and/or seal has been broken or opened.
