Drop & Dash

Bring up to 25 items per visit, Tuesday–Saturday during regular store hours. Once you’ve completed your first appointment and signed your agreement, no appointment is needed.

We’ll review your pieces as time allows. Items that don’t meet our brand, season, or condition guidelines will be donated, not returned. Bring only pieces you’re comfortable donating if they aren’t selected. Donation documentation is available upon request.

A Quick Closet Check

Bring women’s clothing, athletic wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, and fine jewelry in excellent condition: clean, current, and free of holes, stains, and odors.

Items should generally have been purchased within two years; denim may be up to three years old. Please flag exceptionally high-value or designer pieces at drop-off.

Labels we LOVE 💛: Designer and luxury brands, J.Crew, Z Supply, Chico’s, lululemon, Free People, Anthropologie, LOFT, SPANX, and select boutique brands.

Please LEAVE OUT 🛑: Bathing suits, undergarments, costume jewelry, business attire, formal or prom gowns, and denim over three years old.

Bring It in Season

• Spring · February–March: Light sweaters, spring jackets, capris, and resort wear.
• Summer · April–July: Shorts, sundresses, tanks, and sandals.
• Fall · August–September: Jeans, leather jackets, cashmere, and boots.
• Winter · October–January: Winter coats, furs, and ski or snowboard wear.
• Year-round: Handbags, small leather goods, fine jewelry, cocktail dresses, dress shoes, and athletic wear.

Your Consignment Refresher

Selling window: The remainder of your intake month plus two full calendar months, unless the season ends sooner.

Pricing and earnings: Cultivated sets prices. The standard split is 50/50, subject to applicable item fees. Select designer pieces may qualify for a higher consignor payout. Review payout terms in your agreement.

Markdowns: Prices may be reduced by up to 50% during the final 30 days. All pieces may be included in sales and promotions.

Getting paid: Store credit is available anytime. For check pickups, your balance must exceed $20. Please give us 24 hours’ notice.

Donations: Consigned items are not returned. Unsold pieces are donated at the end of their consignment period or the season, whichever comes first.
